About the Project

Seagull Electronics is a Home Automation company servicing the high-end luxury markets of Jupiter and South Florida. Steven and Evan came to Mach5 to bolster their lead flow, and update their archaic website. Not just to look pretty, but to work congruently to support their new marketing efforts. I completely overhauled their digital footprint, building a massive, custom-architected site designed for both the user and the Google crawler. 8 core service pillars and 56 individual brand pages, each hyper-localized across 12 distinct South Florida territories. This resulted in hundreds of unique, SEO-optimized landing pages that ensure Seagull shows up exactly where their customers are searching, and also allowed their Google Ads to point to a contextually consistent Landing Page. This helped ensure their prospective clients were served the most important information to their needs when being directed to their website.\n Beyond the front end design, I engineered a robust technical backbone. I integrated CallRail for precision phone tracking and Constant Contact for seamless CRM synchronization. By implementing advanced Google Schema markup and verbose filing structures, the site both looks good and communicates perfectly with search engines, securing the #1 spot for their most profitable keywords. I also implemented tracking features to ensure leads were attributed to the proper source, whether that be SEO, SEM, or Email. On top of SEO and SEM, Seagull also entrusted Mach5 to handle their email marketing. With our help, Seagull went from an average of 1 return client per month to 3! And to top this all off, we restructured how Seagull tracks sales. Instead of using a Google Sheet, Seagull Electronics now uses a proprietary service tracking system that helps Mach5 know what traffic sources and ads result in the most profit, so we can better attribute ad spend.
